Description:
- Cleaned and prepared data for analysis using Python pandas, performed Exploratory Data Analysis in R
- Selected variables for a proportional odds model using AIC stepwise selection and ANOVA tests
- Found that the impact of a movie’s budget on audience reception is the most notable at the extreme ends (very high budget or very low budget)
- Movie budget generally impacts audience reception similarly across all genres, although horror movies stray from the rest
